A procedure is any interaction of the company’s employees or managers with external parties, including government agencies, notaries, the land registry, the cadastre, utility companies, public and private inspectors and technical experts apart from in-house architects and engineers. Procedures that the company undergoes to connect to electricity, water, sewerage and phone services are included.
